There is a quality check (Q.C.) at every stage up to packing. Lakdi Ghana is the traditional Indian process of extracting oil. With a simple mortar and pestle made of wood; the seeds are crushed to extract oil. As no additives are involved, the natural flavour and goodness turn out to be much better. Also though it is costlier than other oils, the quantity required for cooking is much lesser, making it cost-effective. It offers health benefits being the naturally extracted oil.
